My step son, Graeme, or G as he is known in the Toucan Club invited me along to the club to take some pics of a typical Thursday evening there.

smerins-2.jpg (32948 bytes) The band, which he has been instrumental (no pun intended) in getting to come and perform here in Cardiff, are called 'Smerins anti social club.'  I have to say, their music is not anti social at all, they play well and make a good sound. smerins-3.jpg (38597 bytes)

The music starts about midnight and they play for an hour and a half or so.

I left when I thought I had got most angles. Shooting on the ISO 1600 setting of the Canon EOS 10D mostly on my Sigma 15-30 zoom.

There was a bonus for me in staying up past the witching hour, a couple of night shots of the river Taff with the Millennium Stadium.
