Turkey,
A
(working) Tourists perspective
Turkey is an
evocative country which has given me an insight into life at the 'far end of the
Med'. I have been there on many occasions during the last five years, mostly for
work in the role of lighting training for the national Broadcaster, TRT.
Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara, the capital city have been base for me at various
times. Three very different cities but always the hospitable and friendly people
of Turkey.
Turkey is, I believe, described as an emergent
nation. I feel privileged to have been there to share my experience of Broadcast
TV lighting with all the lighting men of TRT. There are some articles I
have written about the technical side of my trips
here.
Below,
you will see pictures of what appealed to me with my tourist hat on my various visits.
first let me introduce myself. I'm Xu Hongqing and from
Hefei, China. My English is .The name was given by my Australia
friend, Michelle. I'm 34 and work in Anhui Academy of Agricultural
Sciences. Today I found your website when I searched some pictures
about Turkey.I can see that you are enthusiastic for life and work
from your website. Your earnest attitude towards life is worth to be
learned by me. Maybe I'll have many questions to consult you about
life in the future. I'd like to make friends with you.I don't know
whether I've been to China. I'm sure there are many beautiful places
which are worth to be taken with your camera in China. Maybe I can
see you in Hefei if you can come to China.I'm always browsing your
website. That's all. bye!
