Hi Mike
I had to e-mail you to thank you for moving
me to tears with your beautiful images of Wales.
Nick and I have been thinking about moving
to the region (from North Devon) for some time and having seen the
pictures and read your comments, I think our move will be sooner rather
than later.
My family hails from various places around
and about the Valleys, so I will definitely feel at home once we get
there.
So thanks again for brightening my dull and
boring day - more power to your elbow!

Mike,
I recently learned my grandfather's family originally came from Cardiff.
I've not been to the UK and wanted to locate pictures of South Wales. I was
so fortunate to locate your website. Your picture selections are absolutely
lovely. Thank you for putting together such a wonderful site. I hope to
visit some of the places in your photographs one day! |

My name is Donna Percer and I live in
South Texas, America. Many of my ancestors came from Wales, Merthyr Tydfil
and nearby, to USA 1860's MORGANS,EVANS,JONES,LEWIS,WILLIAMS' to name a
few. If there's a place I would love to see before I leave this Earth is
the places they lived. Through your photos I have been able to see and you
don't know how much I appreciate it.
Not only your artistic gifts do I
appreciate, but the pictures themselves as I could never even wish to be
there.
Thank You from the bottom of my Heart.

Hello Mike,
My name is Dean Newman. I'm an old Llantwit
Major boy myself currently living in Bochum Germany.
I have to admit I love your website and I am
becoming a great fan of yours.
I was just recently in Wales and was inspired
by you, to make a little more effort in the quality of my Photo shooting.
I am not professionally equipped but managed
to make some really good images with my Olympus Camedia c-370.
I have a lot of very fond childhood memories
of Tresilian Bay and you have captured it perfectly.
It is always a pleasure visiting your site.
You have captured everything I love about Wales. When I miss home all I
have to do is Log into your site and I am HOME.
Thank You

| 'I just found your site on the web, and
thought I'd drop you line. I have often looked on the web to try and find
pictures of Cardiff to email friends in Europe, but have never been really
happy with what I've found. Until now that is. You're pictures capture the
character of this City, and i was also surprised how up to date it is.
This make a refreshing change.'

| Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed
your website. The pictures of Cowbridge are really great, I
recognised a lot of the places we visited. We visited Cowbridge last
year and hope to make the journey again next Spring. My husbands
sister and family own Ballantynes of Cowbridge so we are looking forward
to seeing them all again next year, and checking out the new store in
Cardiff. I will keep checking your web site to look for new
pictures. Thanks again for the great site |

Hi Mike,
I felt compelled to write for two reasons: (1) I love the cat! and (2) I am
researching my Bassett side of the family in Wales and Beaupré may be one of
the connections.
Great Site! I also take pictures as a hobby. I love the country of Wales. It
is absolutely beautiful. |

Very nice Depiction of Wales.
One gets to see the out of the Way Scenery,
Idyll, of your Country. Hope you show more of your Country in
Future?

I just finished spending some time with your Pictures and
Commentary of North, Mid, and South Wales. Thank-you! Wales has had a pull
on my heart from before I set foot on its soil. Since I visited middle and
northern Wales in 1997, I've remained a less than whole-hearted woman...as I
left a piece in the bosom of your country's lush land.
Your pictures are beautifully clear and connected me again to a part I love
to embrace. |
