I've lived in South Wales for over 20 years and
have seen quite a few changes. One day, my car was being serviced, so I
took my folding bike and had a meander around the edge of the Bay with
camera in tow.
It is the Hamadryad Park,
just round the corner from Techniquest.
There's this park, not far from the centre of town
where there is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. A bit poetic, but it
actually was rather nice. Still under construction maybe but the makings
of a suitably ecological environment where man and nature can co-exist.
This machine trundles around the water cutting the
roots of the weed which would otherwise smother the water ways.
Yep, that's the Millennium Stadium in
the background.
