Bike Trails in Wales

My life long love of cycling has been rewarded by living close to some of the best purpose built off road trails in the UK. I find that I am equidistant from Afan Argoed north of Port Talbot which has three trails of differing difficulty, and Cwm Carn north of Newport which at the time of writing (June 2003) has just one.

As a geriatric in cycling terms, I don't pretend to be able to keep up with fit young guys, but it's still possible to have a great deal of fun. Read on...
