October 25th, 2006. Caroline is to walk across the
stage at the Royal Albert Hall along with many other students as part of
the graduation ceremony for Imperial College, London. Four years and a
lot of 'slog' brought her and her proud family to watch her in the
audience. We are not supposed to clap for individuals, so we just watch
her with pride and happiness. Her grandfather, sadly, was not with us;Don Eduardodied in 2005 but had
supported her (and the rest of his family) with undiminished enthusiasm
throughout his active life.
This is the 'official' group photograph taken by
myself. If you would like a print then please contact me via e-mail
(contact me button above) and I will arrange for copies to be sent to
you.

Jean, Graeme and I stayed in a rather nice hotel (The
Park Plaza) on
the embankment overlooking Westminster. Very comfortable.
In Imperial, there were many pictures being taken by
proud parents.
and here's one: Caroline's mum, Jean.
along with her brother Graeme and sister Suzi
meanwhile, in the Albert Hall...
This picture is actually a combination
of 7 overlapping photographs merged together in Photoshop.

Caroline's turn...
time for a tune...
time to gather everyone for a photocall

Telling the world...
then we all went off for lunch and a glass of
something. Or two...
Caroline also recorded some considerable
success in other areas of activity. She's one of the fast growing band
of triathletes. We were there to cheer her on in the London triathlon
earlier this year; her eighth this year!
