Club Competition Stuff
| In 2002 I joined the
Vale of Glamorgan
Photographic Club. Although in the past I hadn't thought of myself as a 'club'
sort of person, I thought I'd give it a try. The club had (and has) a full
calendar of events including a monthly competition. I thought (and still do
think) that monthly is a bit frequent for serious competition entries but
thought I'd give it a go. My results have been somewhat variable, but I will admit
to having learnt a lot. |
| The pictures below don't necessarily fit in with the
other geographical categories so that's my excuse for putting them here. Most of
the pictures are taken with Canon cameras. Initially, an EOS 50E, then an EOS
10D followed by a 20D then a 30D and now an
EOS 40D digital. |

found your site by accident, love the
snaps, I am a keen amateur snapper, I love taking shots around
Northumberland and North Yorkshire, lovely scenery, very impressed
with your shots, especially the ones in the club stuff folder, I
must point out your Heron, is a cormorant (or shag) definitely not
Heron ! [duly altered, thanks]
Love the shot with all the birds.
