A new year, 2011 and its my first trip up Pen y Fan
on a cold, bright morning. On this day, I notice for the first time a
small informal Rememberance garden commemorating fallen soldiers who
have done their basic training on these mountains. |

An hour or so later, we are almost 900 metres above
sea level but all the photographic interest is down at grass level! |

Much easier and quicker than doing it by
