was nice and dappled shadows was the order of the day!

The mist continues to silently roll over the
landscape.
I really enjoyed my brief visit to
this enchanting landscape. Before I arrived, I wondered what attracted
my fellow Lancastrian to this area. Now I know!
Sunday morning and my hosts took me on a
guided tour of this tiny piece of Rhine land. I was taken to Zurich
where I had arranged to meet my good friends, Tony and Mary Escott for
lunch.
First though, it was a case of goodbye to David and
Ariane.
Now it's Tony and Mary, fresh off the train from
Lugano on a day trip.
Lunch time approacheth.
time for a leisurely walk around the city centre...
...followed by a short train ride to the airport on a
double decker train...
...As we taxi to the runway, the heavens open...
Auf Wiedersehen, Zurich, it's time to go.
