From Fonmon, we take a North westerly direction towards Llancadle and Llanblethery.

	Then we are on the edge of Fonmon Castle owned by Sir Brooke Boothby. You can see photos that I have taken at Fonmon on previous visits here.		It is approached by a bridge over the B4265 road that separates the village from the castle.
Cones on a Scots Pine tree.		Here we pause for a short rest and a bar of chocolate.
	and I admire a small wild flower.		Never far from sheep in Wales.

	We cross the river Kenson plain and ascend the hill towards...		...Llancadle.
Still close to the flight path.		Roy and I take a breather.
	Looks like one of those defensive slits in a castle for shooting arrows at intruders.		Our route takes us through a working farm.

	We crossed a dried up stream bed on this narrow bridge only to find that it was actually a sign post for our route.		A loud, but friendly greeting.
He owner joins us for a friendly chat in Llancadle.		Victoria has left her mark in this village.
