Just up from my hotel, a reminder of the occupied zone.
It looked just like this in 1986 when I first came except there used to be a
drunken traffic light as well.
Nearby, the Municipal Gardens are a calming influence on
the city traffic.
Bougainvillea and palm trees. (Some of these
are a bit blue because of finger trouble on my behalf!)
