| This door and porch is just one
of the many different styles in the town which gives the place charm. |

Just one of the many attractive houses in the high street.

Cowbridge has many dress and shoe shop to
appeal to the ladies. This one is Becki's. |
|
Just up the road from Becki's, there is a
delightful little garden without a house! I believe it is looked after by
one of the nearby flat dwellers. |
 |
Opposite is the Masons Arms and a rather
desirable classic car in the foreground. |

Sylvia Williams, one of the two pharmacies in
Cowbridge, has a blue plaque on its wall which tells of a history including
it being the 'Great House' home to the Carnes of Nash, and from 1767, the
Franklens.
In the 19th century, it was the Great House school and
pharmacy. |

A rare plant fair in the Old Hall one
Saturday morning. The plants are rare, no the fair. |
| Once upon a time, this was a cinema, but has
now become a high tech office block. |
 |
Another blue plaque tells you more about the
history of entertainment on this site. |

Old signage on an outbuilding. |

Autumn berries in a peaceful cul de sac
only a short distance off the High Street. |
| Looking eastwards towards the Town Hall from
end of Church Street.... |
 |
A garage squeezes in between a Bank and a
restaurant.
Well, it did. In late 2004 it was being
converted into a private residence.
