and lets face it, Cornwall has some magnificent beaches and coastal scenery. Many years ago, I was working on a series called It's a Knockout'. I remember coming down to Cornwall with the programme at Easter and sitting on a sheltered beach whilst snow flakes blew all around. This time, we were much luckier with a bonus of some nice sunsets. 

Firstly though, we were able to enjoy watching people just enjoying the waves and beach in Constantine Bay. The shots were taken over three days either before breakfast or before dinner. 

Not all sea activity is quite so energetic.

I saw this gentleman watching the top of his rod very closely. I guess if he saw it twitch he would spring into action. 

It didn't twitch whilst I was watching.

From a nearby headland, a bright autumnal sun reflecting on the water.

Each evening, there were dramatic displays in the western sky.

I think we'll return to the Treglos Hotel, Excellent food and service, and a short distance from the beach and coastal paths.
