270 metres above the Tarn, it enables
traffic to bypass Millau which for many years has suffered gridlock in
summer by tourists heading for the Mediterranean. Designed by Lord
Norman Foster and the brainchild of Michel Virlogeux, it spans 2460
metres in a most graceful manner. Let the pictures talk for
